Any refund/exchange must match the following conditions:
The handbag must be unused, undamaged, and have no blemishes.
Send back the item within 14 days from the time when you receive the handbag.
All accessories must be returned with the handbag, and packaged with the original packaging.
Refund terms:
A refund could take 10-30 days to be posted to your credit card.
The shipping fee that you cost when you send back will not be refunded to you.
The money that you paid to us, including the shipping fee, will be refunded to you.
